How it works:
By using your Frequent Pie Club card, you
receive points for every purchase you make at any of our locations.
Present your card at the time of every purchase and you'll receive
1 point for every $10.00 spent ($10 spent = 1 point recieved, excluding
taxes and tips.)
You get an instant $5.00 off your next purchase just for registering your card online!.
Once you've accumulated 10 or more points
you can redeem them, like cash, for food & beverages at any
Oz location. (1 point redeemed = 1 dollar off your purchase. Points
are not redeemable for cash. Points can not be used for tax, gratuity
or to purchase gift cards.)
How to Join
1. Pick up a Frequent Pie Club card at any
Oz location.
2. Register your card online.
3. Present your card every time you make a purchase.
4. Redeem your points at any Oz location once you've collected at
least 10 points!

How do I redeem points?
Go into OZ Pizza and give your "Frequent Pie Club"
card to the cashier before you place your order.

What if I forgot to give cashier
my card?
The card MUST be swiped
prior to your order being taken or you points can not be added.
Please remember to present card to cashier PRIOR to completing
your order.

How do I check my points balance
and purchase history?
Go to ozpizza.net and hit the "Frequent Pie Club"
link. You can check your points at anytime.

Does my card expire?

What happens if I lose my card?
First card is FREE. If card is lost, there is a 2.00 charge
for replacements. We will close out the first card and transfer
points to the new card.

Can I have two cards in my name?
NO. If you have two cards with the same information, you may
lose eligibility for ALL of the points on both cards.

Will I receive an email once
I activate my card?
YES, Our administrator will contact you to confirm that it is
you.

Why does my card not work?
1. It is not yet registered.
2. The stripe on the back of the card is worn out or dirty.

Can I use my card with other OZ Pizza
promotions?
Frequent Pie Club can not be used with ANY other promotions
including but not limited to, Lunch Specials, Punch Cards, Fundraisers,
Discounts, etc. |

| Points are not awarded for Tax or Tips
Only one card per person. Points may not be earned
when redeeming gift cards, as points were awarded when the gift
cards were purchased. Rewards may not be used to purchase gift cards.
Points are not earned for gratuity and tax. Card must be presented
at the time of purchase, and allows only registered members to the
benefits described here.
Points will not be awarded retroactively for purchases
made before you have activated your Frequent Pie Club card. The
membership is non transferable. Members may not link cards or transfer
points between cards. Only the member who pays the bill can receive
the points.
Points may not be redeemed for cash. The card
and points have no cash value.
Oz Pizza is not responsible for lost or stolen
cards or their data. By providing us with your email address during
registration, you consent to receive periodic statements via email.
Oz Pizza reserves the right to alter or cancel
the program without notice. Personal information is kept strictly
confidential, and Oz Pizza does not sell our customer data.
